Our response: the accusation is false. We have no connection to this fleet. Tengri did not connect any of our wallets to it. The records show a wider trading operation and errors in his timeline and holdings figures.
False. We have no connection to this fleet. We do not own, fund or control these wallets. Tengri has not established any direct or indirect link showing that we own, fund or control this fleet. That is our statement as the SCHIFFY team; our address checks found zero direct transfers between the addresses tested.
He is wrong about the order. The funding he points to is dated August 13. SCHIFFY launched on August 29, 16 days later. These wallets were already trading other tokens.
False. SCHIFFY is a long-term project, not an extraction experiment. We are backing all our NFTs with Robinhood stock tokens and accepting lower margins to do it. That is our statement as the team; the trading review has not audited the backing or its cost.
He is right about the buys: 16 wallets bought 27.21M SCHIFFY across three blocks. That shows what those wallets did. It does not show they belong to the team.
He is wrong to call 98.9M the amount they held. He added up purchases without subtracting sales. They held 33.67M after the first hour and peaked at 86.69M, about 8.76% of supply.
He is right about the gap. The wallets made no sales between August 30 at 16:12:39 UTC and September 13 at 07:20:24 UTC. The records do not tell us why they held.

The amount sold and the dates check out. His counts do not match ours: we find 1,175 sales, not 1,403, and 18 large sellers in the first shared block, not 22.

The $250K figure is not verified here. We have not added up every buy, sale and cost, or checked the sales against the highest price. Treat this as a claim, not a confirmed result.
His timing is wrong: 2 minutes 26 seconds, not 26 seconds. The transfers are real, but the step across the mixer is inferred from the times and amounts. It is not a visible transfer linking the two wallets.

This transfer checks out. The Ethereum wallet sent 249,903.86 USDC through deBridge, with 249,800.04 delivered on July 4. That transfer does not prove the wallet belongs to the team.

As of November 2, its last SCHIFFY receipt was Sept 18, its last sale Sept 24, and all 20 wallets held zero. The wallets were still receiving other tokens. This does not predict future activity.
